31-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at GONA, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Non-Refundable GONA
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
2."Design your own" items, the stone color, metal, and chain length, etc. chosen based on your personal preference are non-refundable. GONA will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of these items.
3. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable. GONA will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
4. Special order items are those changing plating and stone colors, buying a part from the whole set, and the jewelry with personalized engravings, all of these are not refundable. However, GONA can exchange it for a different design by charging a 35% restocking fee.
5. The rings with custom sizes are not refundable. (Custom sizes are those that charge extra $20).
6. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
7. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
Please Note:
* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of GONA representatives to get an authorization.
* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
GONA will reimburse customer $5.9 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact GONA within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

Once you initiate your return (Step 1), you will receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from GONA” within 48 hours. Within this email, you’ll receive the further return instructions.

Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and email address. Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.
Step 4: Upload return tracking number
Remember to sign in and upload the return tracking number once the package is shipped back.

Cancellation Policy
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
Generally, all items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.

GONA fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.
Warranty Terms
1. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to GONA.
2. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. GONA will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3. When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
4. GONA reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.

Are the stones real diamonds?
Our stone type is GONA® Stone, which is an excellent alternative to natural gemstones because it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, the GONA® Stone was developed to be more durable with better optical characteristics than of a diamond while maintaining an ethical standard to protect our environment.
Will this jewelry turn my skin green?
No, our jewelry won't turn your skin green. Jewelry that turns your skin green is made of copper. Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and silver alloys containing more than 18% silver, and the quality has been verified by International Institution SGS.
For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off naturally.
We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our jewelry. The plating will not fade off if you take care of your jewelry. In the rare event that something is wrong with your jewelry, please immediately contact our customer service so we can help solve your problem. If a problem should arise and within the time limit of your warranty, we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take up to 3-10 business days.

Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?
You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself.
What if I don't like my jewelry after receive it?
Don't worry about it. We promise an easy 30-day return policy. If you don't like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
